Question:
These videos are great! I just repacked all of the bearings on my travel trailer ended up replacing 2 outer bearings and their races. When I put everything back together put a thin coat of grease on the spindle, used a bearing packer to fill the bearings with grease, put some grease in the dust cap and put it on and took it for a ride, I stopped about halfway into the ride to check things out and I notices that a few of the dust caps pushed out a little and I needed to tap them back in. Any idea what I can check? Maybe too much grease in the dust cap? Also, I need to purchase new center caps, not sure about what to measure to purchase some from you. Thanks,

I'd guess that either the caps had too much grease in them, or there might have been grease on the portion of the cap that fits into the hub, preventing a tight fit. (This assumes that the caps were in good condition.) To determine the proper size, you'll want to measure the inside diameter of the hub, which will give you the necessary cap size.
