2009 Toyota Highlander with Factory Tow Package
Question:
Vehicle: 2009 Toyota Highlander with factory Tow Package and dealer installed Toyota - Hitch and 4 flat wiring Want to convert to 7 Pole and 4 Pole using ETBC-7 and Draw-Tite 5100 Brake Controller. Question: Do you have a plug and play harness to install the controller or do I need any additional hardware? Thank you

The Toyota Highlander does not have the provision for plugging in the brake controller. You would need to hardwire the controller using the ETBC7, as you mention. Since you already have the 4-way connector, you will not need anything else. Everything you need is included in the installation kit. We have a brake controller installation guide which you might find helpful, I'll include a link to it below.
