Brake Controller Setup on a Fifth Wheel

Question:

I have a brake controller in my truck and bought a 5th wheel but am not sure how to set the thing, it has 3 slides the large one to manually engage the brakes and two small ones, one is labled hard and one soft, and there is an egg shaped wheel on the side, please help. p.s. the name on the controller is ESCORT sensor, THANKS

I have searched online for any information or instructions regarding that brake controller, and am not having much luck. I CAN tell you that the 'hard' and 'soft' switches control how much power is sent to the brakes for a hard, panic type stop or a light tap on the pedal or gradual braking.
