this part fits on a tahoe 07 also cames with lack pin?

The item you have selected is for a 2 inch by 2 inch receiver hitch and is designed for hitches with up to 500 lbs tongue weight capacity. If you have a hitch rated for less than 500 lbs tongue weight then the hitch on your vehicle is the limiting factor and you need to load the carrier accordingly, see instructions( http://www.valleyindustries.com/ISHEETS/90590.pdf ). The weight rating of your hitch is usually stamped on the hitch somewhere. This item does not come with a hitch pin and clip so you would need to purchase that also (see links below) there are several different types. You may also want a cargo bag for this carrier and the etrailer.com bag is very nice and waterproof, see link below.
