Can Second Vehicle Breakaway Kit for RoadMaster Brake Pro Be Used as a Replacment Kit

Question:

I know this ad reads for a 2nd vehicle - but if I am buying a used Break Pro without the break away kit can I not purchase this for my 1st and only vehicle? The sellers are including the Break Alert system for the towing vehicle but has no break away kit. Thank you.
