There are several hitches available for your 2002 E-150 Econoline Van. I have posted a link below of all of the hitches available.

I would recommend the Hidden Hitch Trailer Hitch for the 2002 Van by Ford, item # 87115. This hitch is economically priced and can tow up to 5,000 pounds or 7,500 pounds with a proper weight distribution system.

If you need a hitch with more capacity the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch for the 2002 Van by Ford, item # 41926, will install on your van with no drilling required and provide 10,000 pounds of weight carrying capacity and 12,000 pounds with a properly sized weight distribution system.
