Yakima makes a couple of trunk mounted racks that will fit both your 2008 Mini Cooper and your 2008 VW Jetta. The Yakima QuickBack and KingJoe series will both fit your Cooper and your Jetta. If you need a 2 bike rack, you can use the QuickBack 2, part # Y02621 or the KingJoe 2, part # Y02619.

If you need a 3 bike rack, you can use the QuickBack 3, part # Y02622 or the KingJoe 3, part # Y02620.
