Expert Reply:
Yes, the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, # 36374 is a confirmed fit for all models of the 2007 Buick LaCrosse. This is a Class II trailer hitch with a gross trailer weight capacity of 3,500 pounds, and a tongue weight capacity of 350 pounds. I have included a link to the installation details and a video showing a typical installation for you to view.
If you plan to do some towing the recommended ball mount is # 36061. For a ball, use # 19256 (1-7/8 inch diameter) or # 19258 (2 inch diameter). For trailer wiring use part # C56340.
