Installation of T-1 Vehicle Wiring Harness on 1991 Ford Explorer

Question:

how does this hookup? i took jack cover off & no connectors have play in them to ben to allow this product to fit. what/where does it connect to?

Expert Reply:

The T-1 Connector would plug inline into the wiring harness leading to the rear tail light assemblies. This harness is located in the jack storage compartment. Locate the wiring harness connector, and disconnect it. One end of the T-1 harness would plug into each end of the harness you have disconnected. This will create a bit of slack in the wiring harness.
