Re-Setting the Boost to Zero on the Tekonsha Prodigy Part 90185

Question:

The literature talks about activating the boost feature on the Prodigy, but nowhere does it talk about setting it back to zero boost? I havent installed it yet, but Id like to know if the boost feature recycles everytime the truck is turned on or if it can be adjusted downward depending on temperature, weather, or lack of a grade from the control button.

When you activate the boost, you scroll through the levels. The first press of the button will show you the current setting. When setting up the controller for the first time, the boost is not activated.

The first press will show (.c) which means there is no boost active. When you press it again it will change to (b.1) meaning boost level 1. Each press of the button will increase the level until you get to level 3 or (b.3). At this point if you were to press the button again it goes back to no boost, (.c). The instructions do not explicitly say this, they just show it in the diagrams on the Boost Setting section of the instructions.
