Question:

Will this carrier work for a 49 cc. Yamaha Vino Scooter? The max weight of the scooter fully loaded is 178 lbs.

The Rage PowerSport Aluminum Motorcycle Carrier # AMC400 is made for smaller, two-wheel motored vehicles (not exceeding 400 pounds), and there is a 16 inch opening for the front tire to drop into so it may not work with the wheel and tire on your scooter.

Another thing to consider is the width of your scooter, which is often wider than a motorcycle. There is 18 inches between the hitch pin hole on this product and the center of its rack. If the hitch pin hole on your hitch is flush with the rear of the vehicle, you will have plenty of space.

If the hole on your receiver is more underneath your vehicle, you may need to take some measurements to ensure the scooter will not make contact with your vehicle.
