We do have an installation rail kit for the Elite Series Fifth Wheel Hitch for your 2001 Dodge Ram. You will need part # 30069, which is a fit for the 1500 and 2500 model.

If you have the standard, non sliding hitch, you will need a sidewinder extended pin box. This will replace your existing pin box and provide an additional 22 inches of clearance between the front of the trailer and the rear of the truck cab. The install kit you referenced, part # RP30064 is for a Ford truck.
