Do You Have an Adjustable Thermostat that can be Used with Derale Trans Cooler D13614

Question:

I would like to know if a thermo-stat is available and if so how much and can you adjust the temp you want it to cool..thx .......I have a fan and want to come on and off when needed and be able to put a by pass on it.....
