How is the Optional Ramp Installed on Gear Cage 48x32 Cargo Carrier

One of the end rails is un-bolted and removed and left off. The ramp, part # 5800300, stays on the carrier and uses the old bolt points for the end rail as an attachment point to lock the ramp when not in use. I have included a link to the instructions. If you bought the ramp and carrier, you can omit one of the end rails is step 5 of the instructions. You could also use part # 5801600 which is essentially the cargo carrier and ramp together.
