The only thing you will need in addition to the HD Utility Snowplow, item # A40000HD, is a front mounted receiver. For your 2000 Ford Excursion you will need the Draw-Tite Front Mounted Trailer Hitch, item # 65022.
If using the plow in reverse is an option you could use the plow on the back of the vehicle. In my experience this is alright for straight driveways but not for curved situations or where there are obstacles to be avoided.
