Can I use the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4 Pole Trailer Connector on a Mercury Mainer Hybrid??? and also, what is the weight rating for the Valley Class III Trailer Hitch Receiver V82111 Or, what can I pull with this car?

The Valley hitch, part # V82111 will fit your 2008 Mercury Mariner Hybrid. The hitch has a gross trailer weight capacity of 4,000 pounds and tongue weight capacity of 400 pounds.

The Mariner may have a lesser capacity, so you would need to check the vehicle owner manual to see what towing capacities your Mariner Hybrid has. If the vehicle capacities are less you must abide by those. I have included a link to a video of the Valley hitch being installed on a 2008 Mariner Hybrid.

Towing capacities on a particular model, like the Mariner, will vary with the different options and packages. A V6 Mariner equipped with a tow-package will be able to tow more than a base 4 cylinder model.

The wiring harness, part # 118551, will work with any of the Mariner models, including the Hybrid.
