Yes, the Thule Passage 2 Bike Carrier Trunk Mounted Bike Rack, item # TH910XT, will fit on your 2006 Volvo S60. When installing the rack you will need to use setting number 7 and the bottom portion of the rack will rest on the upper tier or the rear bumper. With the rack resting on the bumper fascia you will not want to leave the rack on the vehicle for extended periods, more than a week, or the bumper cover may become permanently indented in this location.
