I have a 2006 Rockwood by Forest River which has the tube style bumper attached. I am interested if this product would accomedate the weight of pulling a 5x8 trailer with a golf cart and other camping items loaded.

I cannot make a recommendation for pulling a trailer behind another trailer. I know it is done, but there are many things to take into account when thinking about this endeavor.

You will need to contact the trailer manufacturer to see if the bumper will have enough capacity to handle the loaded trailer weight and tongue weight. I am sure you will be told that it will not. You should also consider that sway can be a big problem when towing more than one trailer and proper loading of both trailers is very important.

If you decide to try to tow a trailer behind your Rockwood then we do have frame mounted hitches that may work (see link).
