Question:
I need to know the bar length for this WDH kit. I am using it on a TrailManor 1811 with a swing hitch frame. The last weld on hinge assembly is about 29 from the nose of the hitch ball housing.

The bars in the Pro Series Trunnion Style Weight Distribution Kit with Shank, 600 lbs. TW / 10,000 lbs. GTW, item # 49585, are 31 inches overall length and 29 inches from the center of the trunnion to the center of the U-Bolt holes, for mounting the chains to the spring bar. The tip up brackets can be adjusted forward and back somewhat but having the chains in the most vertical or plumb position possible is best.
You may want to consider the High Performance Reese SC Weight Distribution System with Shank, 600 lbs. TW / 10,000 lbs. GTW, item # RP66151, which can be adjusted depending on the room you have on the trailer frame and the tongue weight of the trailer. I have listed the weight ranges and mounting distances from the center of the hitch ball below.
600# Range = 18 to 27 inches
800# Range = 20 to 27 inches
1200# Range = 24 to 30 inches
1500# Range = 28 to 30 inches
