Yes, the Thule Passage 2 Bike Carrier, part # TH910XT will fit on your 2003 Chrysler Town and Country. I have included a link to the instructions that will show you how to assemble and install the carrier on your vehicle. Please note that the rear wiper cannot be used when the bike carrier is installed.
