The adapter will bolt attach to any standard Fifth Wheel king pin, but you will need to take some measurements to be sure it will fit. After backing the vehicle under the trailer, measure from the top of the ball on the truck to the base of the pin box on the trailer. Once you have this measurement, you can decide if you need the 12, 14, or 16 inch adapter.

Please note, that these adapters are not to be used in trucks with less than a 6 foot bed. Also note that these adapters are not meant to be used permanently. They are for temporary use when a conversion is not possible. If you want to permanently convert your fifth wheel trailer to goose neck, you would use a conversion system like part # AM3100.
