will Part E-3s fit on a GMC Jimmy 2000?

If you 2000 GMC Jimmy has a rear step bumper and the mounting hole spacing is 8-3/4 inches on center then the Curt 2 inch Bumper Hitch, item # E-3S, will work on your vehicle. The towing capacity of the hitch will be the lowest rated item in the system which are the vehicle, bumper or hitch itself, whichever is lowest. You can find the towing capacity either in your owners manual and/or on the bumper itself.

The Curt 2 inch Bumper Hitch comes with all of the mounting hardware and instructions needed for installation. When installing the hitch you will have to remove the covers on your step bumper to expose the mounting holes. Once this is done the hitch is a simple bolt on installation.
