I purchased a slightly unique receiver for my 1995 Mercedes E320. Ordering on-line and picking the right receiver was easy. It arrived within a few days. Installation instructions were good. A follow up call to determine the right ballmount was met with a knowledgeable person that helped work through my concerns to get to the right mount. Ship status indicates it shipped the same day as ordered. I could not have asked for better service. Very few companies are that good, consider yourselves in the top 5 of companies for customer service.
