Your answer talks about a Class I hitch. Will the same answer apply to a Class 2 or 3?

If you are referring to the question asked about the Anti-Rattle device, the answer is yes. It will work on both Class I and Class II 1-1/4 inch receivers as well as Class III and IV 2 inch receivers. The anti-rattle lock referenced in that question, part # S64029, will work with all the previously mentioned hitches as well.
