Question:

I just bought a 2010 Toyota Tacoma 4 cylinder and need to install a towing hitch on it. I look at the video on the V82790 hitch. Will this one fit the 2010 OK??? I notice on the reviews one person said if you want a locking pin need key to remove then the bolt on the bumper gets in the way. Is this true??

The Valley Class III hitch, part # V82790 will fit your 2010 Toyota Tacoma. But as the review pointed out, it can interfere with some locks as it uses two bolts through the bumper. Dead bolt style locks will not work, but some padlock style locks like part # RM-316 or part # 5201 may work.

If you are planning on using a lock, I would consider a different hitch in order to guarantee that you could use a lock. Curt hitch part # 13323 and Hidden Hitch part # 87581 do not use bolts through the bumper like the Valley hitch. Instead they have more bolts in the truck frame.
