You will need to but new spring bars, a new weight distribution head, and the sway control unit itself, but yes you can do it.

The reason you need to replace the spring bars is that you need the spring bars with the bend ends for the cams to ride on.

Your current weight distribution head is not compatible with the heavy duty spring bars. For a replacement head you will need the Replacement Head part # RP58112.

Last, but not least you will need the dual cam system. For that you would want the Reese Dual Cam Sway Control System part # RP26002. I attached an install video for this product as well.
