You are correct that the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24913 includes a ball mount, hitch pin and clip. The Curt hitch # C11265 includes the pin and clip, but not the ball mount.
Please note that the availability of hitches for any given vehicle does not necessarily mean that vehicle can tow a trailer. I was not able to verify any tow rating for your Corolla. Your owners manual or local Toyota dealership should be able to offer clarification of the vehicles capacities.
All three of these Class I light-duty hitches offered for your Corolla share the same 200-lb tongue weight rating and all are suitable for use with compatible Class I accessory items such as bike racks and cargo carriers. Please note that a Class I hitch can carry only 2 bikes, even if the bike rack itself has a higher capacity. The linked article on hitch classes may be worth reading. I have also included links to all Class I hanging-style 2-bike carriers and to Class I cargo baskets in case you are interested in either of these. We recommend a stabilizing strap #18050 be used with all non-trailer loads to help support the hitch.
Please note that if you are using a cargo basket rated for 300-lbs of cargo load, since your hitch is rated to only 200-lbs tongue weight, the actual working weight limit for your cargo will be 200-lbs minus the weight of the carrier itself. The same math applies to a bike rack; you will need to add the weight of your bikes to the weight of the carrier you are using to ensure the total remains within the hitch 200-lb limit.
