I pulled one of these from the ware house and used a set of calipers to measure the portions you asked about.

The total length of the spindle, part # R20484, is 8-3/4 inches. I used the labels assigned to the steps on the spindle on the product page. Section B is .61 inches, section C is .80 inches, the section between C and D is 1.30 inches, and section D is 1.00 inch in length and the threads are .93 inches long.

Listed in the chart are the diameter sizes.
