Yes, I would use the Upgraded Taillight Converter by Tow Ready with 4 Pole End, item # 119130, to wire your bike for towing a trailer with a 4-Way connector. I also ran this by our installation tech and he agreed that this is the unit to use.
If your trailer has extra lighting on it, more than just two taillights and two side marker lights, you may want to consider a powered Modulite, like the Upgraded Modulite Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4 Pole Trailer Connector, item # 119176, to eliminate the extra amperage draw on your taillight system. The only extra wiring involved is routing a wire, via a inline fuse, to the positive post of the battery on your bike. You can use the POWERLINE! Installation Kit, item # 31827, to complete the installation.
