Bike Rack Recommendations for a Coleman Taos Pop-Up Camper

We have two options for your Coleman Taos tent camper, both options involve mounting a rack to the top of the camper. The first option is the Pop-Up Camper Roof Mount 4 Bike Rack, item # S80550, which, requires drilling to install the included tie-down points for straps to secure rack to the roof of the camper. A sealant is recommended to prevent leaks. The second option would be to construct a rack system using the Thule Top Track Roof Mount System, part # THTP42. In addition to the track, you wold need the Tracker Foot Pack, part # TH430R, the Fit Kit, part # THTK1 and load bars, THLB58. This system would require the use of a roof Mount bike rack (see link) for each bike you want to carry. The Rooftop Bike Carrier, item # S64720, would work nicely with this system. Mounting this system to the trailer will also require drilling and sealant is recommended.

I checked on your camper and there is not an option for mounting a bike rack to the rear of the camper, with the C-channel style of bumper, and if there was a rack there it would have to be removed before setting the camper up each time. With a roof mounted system you will just need to remove the bikes and be sure there is clearance to raise the pop-up when setting up.
