Dimensions, Threads and Grade of the SportRack Hitch and Cable Lock, # A32022

Question:

Can you tell me what grade bolt/pin are? Also what size threads are on hitch pin bolt? what size is tube cable lock goes thru? Thanks.

The threads on the SportRack Hitch and Cable Lock - Keyed Alike, item # A32022, are 1/2 inch coarse and the overall length of the bolt is 4-3/4 inches. The cable will fit through a 1/2 inch hole. The bolt does not have grade markings on it, so I called the manufacturer who said that the hitch pin bolt is designed to work with all of their bike racks and is not a graded bolt.
