what is the correct torque for the bolts usedn to ajust the height of the hitch

The bolts used to attach the head to the legs and adjust height are 1/2 inch bolts. According to the instructions any of the 1/2 inch bolts should be torqued to 75 ft. lbs. There are maintenance tightening instructions on page 7 of the instruction manual. If you do not have your instructions anymore, I have provided a link to them below.
