Base Plate Kit Recommendation for Towing a 1995 Geo Tracker

You will need the Roadmaster Standard Base Plate Kit, item # 118-1, or the Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit, item # 118-3, for your 1995 Geo Tracker.

If you will not be towing the vehicle often I would recommend the standard base plate kit but if you are planning on towing more often then I would recommend the XL base plates with one of the nicer tow bars for convenience.

Along with the base plate kit you will need a tow bar and wiring for the towed vehicles taillights. With the Standard and XL base plate kit you can use any of the Roadmaster tow bars. If you will be towing frequently I would recommend the Falcon 2 or Falcon All Terrain, part numbers RM-520, RM-522, because of the convenience they provide and if you will only be towing once or twice a year you could use the RoadMaster StowMaster, part number RM-501.

For wiring the vehicle you can use the RM-9254, Roadmaster Stowmaster Towing Combo Kit which includes all the wiring between the motorhome and vehicle plus the wiring and diodes for the towed vehicle, and the safety cables. If you are only towing one time or seldom then you can use a magnetic towing light kit such as the Magnetic Towing Light Kit, part number C-ATL20A. You will need safety cables along with this kit, part number RM-645.
