Are Base Plate Kits for One Vehicle Transferable to Another

Question:

Can my Base Plate Kit 2005 Toyota Matrix be adapted to fit a 1998 Honda CRV 5spd AWD which I will tow with my Roadmaster Falcon II Tow Bar behind my 26 Class C M/Home ?

The RoadMaster base plate kits available for a 2005 Toyota Matrix are part # 1173-3 and 1173-1. The base plate kits available for a 1998 Honda CRV are part # 1528-3 and 1528-1. These parts are not interchangeable.

If you want to be able to two both vehicles, you will need a base plate kit for each of them.
