Do I need to drill holes in the spare tire wheelwell for this model, like the Camry?

The installation procedure for the Draw-Tite Class II Hitch, part # 36416 would be the same for your Lexus ES350 as it is for the Camry. The two holes will need to be drilled into the spare tire will.
