The Fulton Bolt On Fold-Away Coupler, item # FHPB3530301, does not include safety chains. Depending on how you setup the Fold-Away, the chains will need to be longer and the correct length will need to be determined by the installer. You will need to purchase longer safety chains (see link) or extend your safety chains with Safety Chain Quick Links , item # 49135, and appropriately sized chain extensions. The safety chain attachment point must be behind the fold away castings on the trailer tongue.
