Two of our most popular hitches for your 2002 Mercedes ML320 are Hidden Hitch part # 87469 and Draw-Tite part # 75087. These are also the strongest. We do not have an installation video for one of these vehicles yet, however, I will include links to the .pdf instruction files. These are the same instructions that come with the hitch. There are also some helpful pictures towards the bottom of the product page.

There is no custom fit harness for your ML320. If you do not have a 4-pole connector already, I would recommend wiring kit part # 119176KIT. I will include a link to a video on circuit testing for hardwiring as well as a link on hardwiring a 2004 Volvo XC90. Though it is not the same vehicle, it should prove useful in showing you the process.
