Location of Brake Controller Installation Port on 2000 Ford Expedition XLT

Question:

I am looking to add a Brake controller to my 2000 Ford Expedition XLT. I see the Blue and Orange wires for the factory tow harness connection on the rear wireharness. However I cannot locate the tow package port located under the dash where I would plug the Brake controller into. I want to make sure I get the correct solution when I purchase this. Your assistance is very much appreciated.

The port should be located under the dash, near the steering column. It is in pretty close proximity to the diagnostic port.

It sounds as if you might need a Brake Controller Wiring Adapter. If so, we offer them. The part # is 20260.
