Any of the transmission coolers on the Honda Pilot page will work on your vehicle but you will need to measure to be sure there is room, preferably, in front of the radiator for installation.

For the load that you mention I would recommend the Derale Series 8000 Plate-Fin Transmission Cooler, item # D13502, for your 2005 Honda Pilot. Dimensions are on our site for you to reference when measuring (see link).
