Please confirm that this bike rack will fit the factory installed roof rack on my 2002 Toyota Sienna van? using the factory cross bars

The Rooftop Bike Carrier, item # S64720, comes with two sets of U-bolts to attach the carrier to your factory cross bars. The smaller size U-bolts measure 2 inches by 2 inches so your cross bars would have to be less than 2 inches thick and 2 inches wide or less. The larger U-bolts are 2 inches by 3-1/4 inches and your cross bars would have to be less than 2 inches thick and 3-1/4 inches wide or less.

The Distance between your cross bars can be no less than 28 inches to use this bike carrier.

This carrier is surprisingly light weight and well constructed and comes with a locking knob to secure the bike when loaded.
