Will this or any other plug-in T-connector type add-on Gooseneck/5th-Wheel 7-way plug work on a 2013 Ram 3500?

For the 2013 Dodge Ram 3500, if the truck came with a factory 7-Way trailer connector (most of them do), then there are 2 options for adding in-bed 5th wheel/gooseneck trailer wiring. First, you can use # 41157. This connector plugs in line with the factory 7-Way just behind the connector at the back of the truck.

Second you can use # PK11893-11932. This harness also plugs in line with the factory connector but requires a little manual hardwiring as well. The diagram for this is on the product page. I have linked some videos featuring this harness for you.

If the truck did not come with any trailer wiring you will have to first install # 119250KIT. Then you will need # HM47200 to add a 7-Way. You can then use an installation kit # 5506 plus a 40 amp circuit breaker for the 12 volt line # PK54540 to hardwire in the rest of the wires on the adapter. Then, once that is completed, you can use either harness indicated above to add the in-bed wiring. I have linked an FAQ article that will help should you need to hardwire in a 7-Way.
