Does this allow the foot peddles to rub against the back of the camper?

Expert Reply:

It depends on the clearance you have between your ladder and your camper. The Topline 2 Bike Carrier RV Ladder Mounted Bike Rack for Elliptical or Flat Steps, part # BR1200 is designed so that when a bike is mounted, it will sit far enough away from the ladder to allow the handle bars and pedal to mount. However, depending on your bike, it is possible one side of the handle bars or a pedal will poke through the ladder. If your ladder is very close to the back of your camper, the bike and the camper may come into contact. Straps are provided with the bike rack to help secure the bikes and reduce any movement while towing.
