Yes, the MagnaFlow Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust System, item # MF16740, will fit your 2009 GMC Crew Cab pickup with a short bed and a 6.0 liter engine.
I spoke with my contact at Magnaflow and found that the cat-back systems are not affected by the 4 wheel drive because the catalytic converter is far enough back to avoid the transfer case and 4 wheel drive parts. No special mounting brackets or other parts are required.
