Bulb Replacement on Harley-Davidson LED Brake and Taillight Trailer Hitch Cover, Part # HDHCBL25

THE RUNNING LAMP IS NO LONGER WORKING ON MY TRAILER HITCH LAMP. CAN THE BULB BE REPLACED?

Expert Reply:

The bulbs are actually LEDs that are permanently soldered to a circuit board. They are not replaceable. Have you used a circuit tester and checked your running light pin on the trailer connector to make sure that the Hitch Cover is receiving power? If you are getting a signal on that pin, then the LED has gone bad. The Hitch Cover offers a 2 year warranty.
