How Do I Mount the Rola Roof Mounted Cargo Basket On my 1997 Toyota 4Runner

How can I mount this rack if all I have are the roof mounted tracks ...no rails or cross bars

To mount the Rola Roof Mounted Cargo Basket, item # 59504, on the T-Tracks that are on your 1997 Toyota 4Runner you will need the Thule Complete Tracker Kit with 50" Long Bars, item # TH43050. This kit includes everything needed to provide cross bars that mount directly to your vehicles T-Tracks. Once you have the cross bars installed the roof mounted cargo basket will mount to the crossbars. I have provided a link to the Rola cargo basket instructions for you to review.
