You would need the Fifth wheel Hitch Custom Installation Kit with Rails for the Toyota Tundra, part # V55151R. Since your truck has the short bed, you will want to make sure you are using either a fifth wheel hitch with a slider or a Sidewinder to prevent the front of the trailer from striking and damaging the rear of the truck cab. The sliding fifth wheel hitch will typically gain you 10-12 inches of additional clearance between the trailer and the cab, while the Sidewinder will gain 22 inches. The Sidewinder relocates the pivot point between the trailer and the hitch from the king pin to the pin box of the trailer.
