Best Tilting Bike Rack for Saturn Vue with 1-1/4 inch Class II Receiver

Question:

I have a Saturn VUE and I need a bike rack to attach to my hitch which is 1 1/4 inch. Which is the best bike rack for me to get. I need one to hold 3-4 bikes. I prefer something American made but will take other suggestions. I also need something in my budget, so I dont want to go higher than moderately priced. I need one that will swing forward to allow access into my vehicle.

I have the perfect bike rack for you! The Softride Element 4 Bike Rack, part # SR26248 covers just about all of your qualifications. Although it is not American made, it will accommodate 4 bikes, is reasonably priced, and is one of the only racks offered that will tilt away from the vehicle without having to remove the bikes. The rack will work with either the 2 inch or the 1-1/4 inch Class II receiver.
