You will possibly need to enlarge an access hole in the frame on both sides with a file or by using a wrench to pry on the access hole to get the hitch hardware into the frame. Once you can fit the hardware through the hole you will install the hardware inside the frame and then loose fit the hitch. When lifting the hitch up to attach to the vehicle frame it will be a lot easier if you have some help. Once the hitch is hung you will need to tighten the bolts and torque them and the install is complete.
