Yes, the outboard motor lock, part # FOML0127, will work with your 15 hp outboard motor as long as it has the swivel handles that are used to tighten the mounting bolts that secure the motor. The lock also has foam inserts to reduce noise and vibration of the lock while attached. The lock has two pieces that sandwich around the mounting clamp handles on the outboard motor. You install the lock in the down position and then turn the key until the lock is tight and remove the key.
