Is this made of plastic or metal? I keep hearing that it will break in only a short time?

I went out to the warehouse and checked the 4 Blade Propeller Trailer Hitch Cover, part # CM60012, and it is made of plastic and metal. The propeller, propeller shaft and mount and the nut holding the propeller onto the shaft are plastic. The parts that mount the propeller assembly in the hitch are made of steel except for the hitch pins which are plastic.I cannot say how long it will last but it is rigid plastic and seems to be fairly sturdy. This item will not take an impact but as far as wearing out or just breaking for no reason, I do not believe that is a concern.
